An exciting opportunity now exists for a proven leader to guide the College due to the departure in 2010 of the existing Head - Luke Thomson. Applications are invited for the position of

Head - Trinity College

Reporting to and working closely with the College Council, the Head will need to:-

• be a recognised and successful leader;
• demonstrate an understanding of current educational theories and practices;
• motivate and manage the development of students;
• be commercially astute and highly skilled in human resources, asset and operations management; and
• actively support the Christian ethos of the College.

Providing vision and strong leadership, it is expected the Head will motivate, mentor and manage highly dedicated staff, represent and promote the College, work with the wider community and other key stakeholders, and ensure the College maintains its position within the overall education sector.
