Permanent Full Time Classroom Teacher 2010

St Michael's Primary School is a Catholic co-educational school located in Belfield (an inner suburb of Sydney). Our school is a caring Catholic community, a place of welcome, where children experience a sense of belonging.

We welcome applications from qualified primary teachers who:

* have a knowledge of and commitment to the Mission of the Catholic School
* have Religious Education qualifications in accordance with SACS Board Policy
* demonstrate a high standard of proficiency, competency and enthusiasm as a classroom teacher
* are experienced in catering for students of different abilities and needs including gifted
* have the desire to teach students who have language backgrounds other than English
* value the ability to work as a team member
* demonstrate an ability to effectively integrate ICT into teaching and learning programs
* have an ongoing commitment to professional development
* are committed and able to contribute to the development of whole school initiatives
* are passionate about working with children, families and fellow teachers in a caring Christ centred community.
