Applications are invited for the following position
Senior School Officer, Level 6 Financial Secretary
We welcome applications from experienced, motivated, passionate and qualified people for the position of permanent / full time financial secretary to commence Term 1 2009.
Essential criteria
The successful applicants will:
*be committed to the Church's mission in Catholic Education
*have extensive experience in managing financial systems within organisations, particularly with the use of "e-school" and "matthew.net"
*have experience in and knowledge of performing financial issues and functions
*have demonstrated skills in working independently
*have high level financial, administrative and office management skills
*have high level interpersonal and communication skills
*have proven skills in managing multidisciplinary tasks
*have proven skills in managing budgets, generating and managing school fees, processing and paying orders
*have current first aide qualifications (or be prepared to obtain these)
Desirable criteria
The following desirable criteria would be advantageous:
*experience in working in a school environment
*understanding of OH & S principles
