Principals and Assistant Principals in the Diocese of Lismore are responsible for leading the parish school in the delivery of outstanding Catholic education within the context of the evangelising mission of the Church.

The Diocese seeks outstanding Catholic educators for School Leadership Positions who have a passionate commitment to Catholic education and possess an informed, critical and contemporary understanding of Catholic school education in the 21st Century.
The person chosen will be a committed, practising Catholic with teaching and curriculum skills, qualifications in Religious Education at an appropriate level, administrative expertise, proven management and human relations qualities and a commitment to the philosophy of Catholic education. Successful experience in a promotion position in a Catholic school is essential.
