Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic School, Epping was founded by the Parramatta Sisters of Mercy in 1908. Under the protection and patronage of Mary, Help of Christians, the school enjoys an ongoing partnership with parents in providing opportunities for children to excel within a stimulating Catholic school environment. The school is situated in the northern suburbs of Sydney and has a current enrolment of approximately 152 students.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced teachers who are committed to the ethos of the Catholic School and to excellence in teaching and learning for the following position:
Learning Support Teacher permanent part-time 0.2FTE to work one day per week
SPECIFIC CRITERIA
• Demonstrated understanding of children with Special Needs and learning difficulties
• Demonstrated ability to work from an inclusive model working with teachers in classrooms
• Experience in tracking progress of learners
• Well developed communication skills with the ability to liaise and communicate with parents and staff
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
