&nbsp; &nbsp;1<strong>.&nbsp;</strong>demonstrates the four beliefs in their teaching</p> <p><em>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; a) All students can learn given sufficient time and support<br></em><em>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; b) All teachers can teach to high standards given the right conditions and assistance<br></em><em>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; c) High expectations and early and on-going intervention are essential<br></em><em>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; d) Teachers need to be able to articulate what they do and why they teach the way they do</em>.</p> <p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;2. demonstrates exemplary instructional practice.<br>&nbsp;
