<p><b>Location: </b>Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese</p><p dir="ltr">Our Finance and Administration Team is seeking a <strong>Billing &amp; Receipting Officer</strong>, accountable for providing operational and administrative support for school finances.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About the Opportunity</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">Reporting to the Billing &amp; Receipting Coordinator, you will join the Finance &amp; Administration team, who’s central offices are at Parramatta. More specifically, the Billing &amp; Receipting Officer is accountable for:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Providing operational support to the Billing and Receipting team</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Generating invoices and account statements&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Receipting and allocating all payments received&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Perform accurate account reconciliations in a timely manner</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Correspondence with internal and external stakeholders</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Providing assistance on end of month and end of year tasks</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">There are so many great things that CSPD has to offer!
