Contact hours will generally be 2 hours during both before and after school care during the school term time. Vacation care hours may be negotiated with the OSHC Director, that may include working up to 37.5 hours per week.<br /></p><p>HILLS is seeking a suitably experienced and enthusiastic applicant to undertake the role of OSHC Assistant Director, commencing Term 2, 2024. This position will take on the role of lead educator and responsible person when the OSHC Director is not in attendance. They will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the OSHC program. The successful applicant would support and work with the OSHC Director to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and engagement of children participating in the program.
