You will be joining a team who really believe in their mission to lead students to think and live for the glory of God in every aspect of their lives. </p><h4>About the Position </h4><p>The position presents a unique opportunity for an ICT Technician to provide support for the use of business technology and innovative education practices in core areas across the College. You will be assisting with all aspects of the management of student and staff devices and other technologies used in the classroom, in line with the position description. </p><p>We value the following personal attributes in potential candidates: </p><ul><li><u>Technical Aptitude: </u>The ideal candidate should have a natural curiosity about technology and a willingness to learn. With experience and a passion for finding innovative technological solutions by evaluating organisational processes, mirroring and then supporting them with technological processes. </li><li><u>User-Focused:</u> A friendly and patient demeanour when assisting users is essential along with strong verbal and written communication skills and a keen eye for detail. </li><li><u>Adaptability:</u> Technology evolves rapidly, so adaptability and a willingness to stay updated and apply new knowledge conscientiously through self-training and on-the-job experience are crucial. </li><li><u>Collaborative: </u>Works well with colleagues, teachers, and students to create a positive technology experience. Be able to think creatively to assist us in harnessing our technological resources to improve our processes and remove burdens and obstacles from staff in their work. </li></ul><p>The below requirements are advantageous but not essential: </p><ul><li>Possess relevant tertiary and industry qualifications (e.g., CompTIA A&#43;, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate). </li><li>Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but we’re open to passionate tech enthusiasts who are eager to learn. </li></ul><h4>What You Need to Succeed </h4><p>Apart from the necessary requirements mentioned, we look for people who are a great cultural fit.
