In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in fostering real-world experiences for our students, ensuring their growth and success. Your responsibilities will include conducting Morrisby Profile Analysis Interviews, providing advice and support on career pathways, resume writing, job applications, and interview techniques.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Conduct Morrisby Profile Analysis Interviews to unpack students&#39; strengths, interests, and career preferences.</li><li>Provide personalised guidance and support to students on career pathways, considering their individual aspirations and aptitudes.</li><li>Assist students in crafting effective resumes tailored to their desired career paths.</li><li>Offer guidance and assistance with job applications, ensuring students understand the process and submit compelling applications.</li><li>Conduct mock interviews to prepare students for real-world job interviews, offering constructive feedback and advice on interview techniques.</li><li>Collaborate with the Pathways team to organise and facilitate Pathways Expo events, coordinating logistics and ensuring a smooth experience for students and participating organisations.</li><li>Assist with general administration tasks related to the Pathways program, including data management, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries from students, parents, and external stakeholders.</li></ul><p>This role promotes teamwork and collaboration, so you&#39;ll work closely with the Pathways team to ensure overall objectives are met.
