The Radwear Retail Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, administration, and sale of sports uniforms and secondhand uniform items.

<p><b>The opportunity</b><br />An exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer service champion, with an administrative background, to manage the day-to-day activities of the College’s Secondhand and Sports Uniform Shop. <br /><br />Providing excellent customer service and assistance, this role will manage the day-to-day operations of the Sport and Secondhand Uniform Shop (called Radwear). <br />This is a full-time, term time role, with some additional hours required during school holiday periods, and commencing as soon as possible.  The successful candidate must be available to work during the shops’ weekday trading hours which vary from day to day and ranges from 7.45am to 6.00pm.<br /><br /><b>Our Purpose</b><br />Radford College is a generous-spirited learning community that embodies the beliefs and values of the Christian faith in the Anglican tradition. They should be a proactive self-starter, skilled in building relationships with various stakeholders, possess excellent communication abilities, prioritize customer service, and work independently. <br />Candidates must:<br />•    Have demonstrated experience in a manager role within a retail environment.<br />•    Have experience in providing high quality customer service to a range of stakeholders<br />•    Possess knowledge and understanding of how to use online purchasing systems, or a willingness to learn)<br />•    Have the skills and ability to work effectively with spreadsheets and databases, including maintaining accurate records.<br />•    Have experience with working to deadlines and following up with clients<br />•    Have experience in Excel, Outlook, Adobe <br />•    Experience with Square Registry platform and reports (desirable)<br />•    Support Radford’s strategic priorities and goals<br />•    Uphold Radford’s Values of Truth, Compassion and Wisdom<br /><br /><b>How to Apply</b><br />Details about this position and how to apply can be found on the Employment section on the College Website <a href="http://www.radford.act.edu.au/employment/" rel="nofollow">http://www.radford.act.edu.au/employment/</a>.
