English Subject Lead Teacher

To be the ideal candidate for this post you should have numerous years of English language teaching experience as well as experience in training and guiding teachers. You should have excellent planning, organizational and time management skills. You should be able to motivate and inspire and work as a member of a team. Computer literacy is also strongly desired.

The main responsibilities of this position include supporting teachers in planning and preparing lessons, demonstrating and guiding teachers in the best teaching practices, classroom management skills and lesson delivery in addition to evaluating, assessing and reporting teachers’ performance and keeping teachers aware of any updates or changes to the curriculum. Improving ESL skills of the local schools' staff is also a critical function among  the lead teacher’s responsibilities.
