<p><strong>The Role:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, the Business Operations team is collectively responsible for financial, administrative, property maintenance & ICT services to the College</li>
<li>Support the Finance Manager with financial management responsibilities including financial audits, acquittals, grant applications, payroll support, statutory compliance lodgments including BAS, Super, Dept of Education’s School Entry Point, Financial Census, Financial Questionnaire</li>
<li>Lead and provide expertise advice in area’s of business improvements, business performance, policy development to ensure the effective, efficient operations of the College</li>
<li>Take ownership of managing the collection of school fees</li>
<li>Continually drive and cultivate innovation, creativity and apply the kaizen approach to work processes</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Essential Requirements, Knowledge, Skills Set </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>CPA/ CA qualifications</li>
<li>Minimum 6 years relevant management & financial experience</li>
<li>Proven track record driving & implementing process improvements & business efficiencies</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships</li>
<li>Demonstrated team player approach, empathetic leader</li>
<li>Proven record of ability to achieve results in a timely manner</li>
<li>Exceptional IT skills, with substantive experience in using a large finance based ERP system and ability to design reports. Prior experience in ERP implementation will be looked upon favourably</li>
<li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skillset. Ability to write formulae essential, develop macro’s desirable</li>
</ul>

<p>Whilst prior education experience is beneficial, we encourage all candidates with relevant experience and leadership skills to apply.</p>
