<p><span style="font-size: small;">This role exists to improve the quality of teaching practice within Bethany College to maximise student learning outcomes.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: small;">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: small;">The Leader of Pedagogy will both model and promote contemporary learning principles, including eLearning and the provision of differentiated programs for Gifted learners (Bethany is currently an accredited Newman Selective school within the Sydney Catholic Schools system).&nbsp; </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: small;">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: small;">In particular the Leader of Pedagogy will implement and account for initiatives relating to teaching and learning that derive from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers (APSTs) and the Archdiocesan Authentic Learning project.
