<p class="p1" align="left">&nbsp;</p> <p class="p1" align="left">The Executive Director of Catholic Education in Tasmania (CET) is seeking to appoint a Director: People and Culture to a newly created role in the TCEO Senior Leadership Team.&nbsp;</p> <p class="p1" align="left">&nbsp;</p> <p class="p1" align="left">The Director: People and Culture will be a transformational change leader and senior business professional accountable for building employee capacity to deliver improved educational outcomes underpinned by the spirit of the Gospel.</p> <p class="p1" align="left">&nbsp;</p> <p class="p1" align="left">This is a unique opportunity to make an impact on CET through your exceptional partnering ability and talent in identifying opportunities to enhance organisational effectiveness.
