<p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The role is situated within the Office of the Director team in the Catholic Schools Office at Pennant Hills. The role principally involves responsibility for administrative support in advancing quality professional learning, and in the management and presentation of data in school improvement planning across the 44 schools in Broken Bay.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Key accountabilities</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Provide administrative support to the development and registration of high quality professional learning experiences within the Broken Bay system of schools including:</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <ul> <li>Supporting education professionals in the management and administration of blended learning resources within the newly developed Broken Bay Learning Management System;</li> <li>Management of registered professional learning from schools and education officers, from initial collection, collation, assignation for approval, liaison with HR, and oversight of evaluation processes.</li> </ul> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Provide administrative support within the School Review and Development Team in the collation and presentation of school improvement data.</li> <li>Provide administrative support in the management of academic research applications and to the coordination and distribution of the results of this research for the benefit of the system of schools.</li> <li>Provide administrative support in the tracking of post-graduate scholarships including graduate certificates in Religious Education; Masters level study and act as a point of contact and liaison for tertiary providers.</li> <li>Collaborate with administration officers in other CSO teams in cross team projects.</li> <li>Provide administrative support to projects within the Office of the Director.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Essential Criteria</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent all round administration skills;</li> <li>Proactive self-starter with proven ability to take initiative in the delivery of administration projects;</li> <li>Strongly developed interpersonal skills, a proven capacity to work in a collaborative environment;</li> <li>A commitment to and openness to learning- for self and others;</li> <li>A capacity to contribute to innovative solutions to organisational challenges; &nbsp;</li> <li>Experience with web based resources and websites;</li> <li>Competent in the use of Excel, Word and other Microsoft applications;</li> <li>Competent in the use of the Google suite as applied to support areas of professional inquiry;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>An interest in understanding contemporary learning environments;</li> <li>Supportive of the mission of Catholic education in the Broken Bay Diocese.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>To apply for this vacancy complete the CSO application form and email with a cover letter addressing the essential criteria for the role and an up to date resume to <a href="file:///O:/Diocese%20of%20Broken%20Bay/Catholic%20Schools%20Office/Human%20Resource%20Services/Recruitment%20&amp;%20Selection/Recruitment/CSO%20Vacancies/2018/OOD%20-%20Administration%20Officer/hr@dbb.catholic.edu.au">hr@dbb.catholic.edu.au</a>.&nbsp; For further information about the role please contact Ash Manson on&nbsp;9847 0818.</p>
