St Peters Lutheran College (Indooroopilly) is a P-12 coeducational day and boarding college of 2,200 students. The College operates as 4 sub-schools on a leafy 21 hectare site at Indooroopilly. The Lower Primary currently with Years Prep–4 has three classes at each level. The Upper Primary provides a program specially tailored to meet the needs of students in Years 5–6. St Peters Junior High offers Years 7-9 students a program designed to support our young adolescents. The Senior School provides a diverse and academically challenging program for Years 10–12 with the International Baccalaureate Diploma offered alongside VET and QSA courses.
St Peters Lutheran College (Ironbark) is an Outdoor Education site of some 1,500 acres which is utilised by St Peters Year 9 students. During each year, groups of approximately 40-45 Year 9’s each undertake a five week ‘Ironbark Experience’ which focuses on spiritual growth, resilience, independent decision making, team work, physical challenges and problem solving.
St Peters Lutheran College (Springfield) commenced operations in 2008 and is now Kindergarten to Year 12 with over 600 students. It is expected to grow to a capacity of 900 students.
The College is a caring Christian community. Applicants for positions at the college are therefore expected to actively support the Christian ethos of this Lutheran college.
