We are looking for a highly motivated teacher who is enthusiastic &amp; committed to contributing to the School and team in a positive way. <b><i><u>Please note we reserve the right to employ and therefore fill this position before the application closure date. </u></i></b></p><p>As an educator at St. Margaret Mary’s, the successful applicant will be responsible for providing a high-quality, inclusive education for students, encompassing academic, spiritual, wellbeing and personal growth. You will be responsible for utilising contemporary evidenced-informed learning and teaching strategies, skills and content knowledge, to deliver engaging and effective student centred lessons. Student voice and agency will be embedded in your classroom teaching and learning practices with the lens of Catholic values, teachings, and traditions weaved throughout the curriculum, classroom and school culture. You will be called to create an emotionally, physically, safe and optimistic learning environment; whilst fostering a strong sense of community and faith among the welcoming and engaged students, staff and family members of St. Margaret Mary’s Spotswood.
