At Catholic Schools Broken Bay, we are seeking to introduce ourselves to, and make connections with, educators in the market who are not yet ready to apply for jobs, but who may be willing to consider a future career with us.

<p><b>Expression of Interest: Proactive Talent Pools for Primary and Secondary Teaching positions </b></p><p>Are you not actively job seeking at the moment, but may consider a change later this year? </p><p>We are in the market for outstanding primary and secondary teachers, who are passionate about maximising learning growth, making a real difference in the lives of students, and who thrive in a collaborative culture of continuous improvement. </p><p>At Catholic Schools Broken Bay, we are seeking to introduce ourselves to, and make connections with, educators in the market who are not yet ready to apply for jobs, but who may be willing to consider a future career with us. </p><p>We are developing Proactive Talent Pools which we can draw on for the following types of vacancies when they arise during Term 1 and 2 and into the 2024 school year: </p><ol><li>Primary Teachers – Central Coast </li><li>Primary Teachers – Northern Beaches </li><li>Primary Teachers – North Shore </li><li>Secondary Teachers by specific subject area, and especially Mathematics, English, Religious Education, Science and Technological and Applied Studies (TAS). </li></ol><p><b>How do Proactive Talent Pools work? </b></p><p>This is just an informal Expression of Interest for you to be considered for our Proactive Talent Pools - it is not a formal application process for any specific vacancy. </p><p>A member of our Talent Team will contact you and have an informal discussion with you about your employment background and what you may be looking for in future. If you are accepted into one of our Proactive Talent Pools, we will then seek to match your skills and experience with any specific vacancies that may arise later this year or next year. If we think you are a match for any vacancy, our Talent Team will contact you and invite you to apply.
