<p>Reporting to the College Board, the Principal is delegated responsibility for the spiritual, educational, operational and financial leadership within the College. The Principal will work closely with the Board appointed Business Director and lead the dedicated Executive Team to deliver the vision and mission of the College. The successful candidate will be a committed Lutheran and highly experienced education professional with the pedagogical credibility and passion to inspire Tatachilla’s dedicated staff and lead a dynamic vision for teaching and learning. </p><p>The College values a collaborative and empowering leadership style.
