<p>Founded in 1881 by the Marist Brothers, St Joseph’s College is a boarding and day secondary boys’ school, whose Catholic identity is shaped by Marist spirituality and traditions. Governed by Marist Schools Australia, the College enrolment is approximately 1,100 students.</p><p>The Head of Property Services will provide strategic leadership and operational management of all buildings and infrastructure and oversee all facilities and maintenance functions at the College. The role is responsible for managing the safe, effective and compliant operation of the facilities, and ensuring the built environment and asset management are operated in a cost-effective manner to meet the operational needs of the College and related entities. The Head of Property Services will report directly and work closely with the Director of Business Services </p><p>Applications are invited from highly experienced and capable practitioners in this filed. Experience in working in large educational setting would be well regarded but not essential. The successful applicant will manage a large portfolio, balance competing deadlines and have the ability to resolve complex tasks.
