<p>Our Lady of Mercy College (OLMC), Parramatta is a leading Catholic independent school for girls established by the Sisters of Mercy in 1889. The College is located within a dynamic educational precinct in North Parramatta.<br /><br />The College is seeking a full time permanent Leader of Accreditation and Professional Learning. The primary purpose of this role is to lead the Professional Learning programs of the College that result in improved teacher practices that, in turn, improve student academic outcomes. This is a Teacher (Band 1-3) + Leadership Level 2 position with substantial release time.<br /><br />The successful applicant will lead and manage the professional learning of College teaching staff in alignment with the OLMC Parramatta strategic plan.
