This program aims to work in partnership with families and early education and care settings to maximise child and parent outcomes through the facilitation of communication skills, social development and play.</p><p>You will support educators and parent/carers to increase their capacity and capability to tailor play based strategies to the child's needs and skill level, using their motivators and interests to guide play interactions. You will build the capacity of educators and parent/carers so that skills learnt can be generalised across multiple settings so that a child’s developmental needs can have a greater chance to be met.
