<p>The Property Services Manager is an integral part of MacKillop Catholic College’s operations. This role supports the College Principal and Business Manager in developing and maintaining a high standard of the College facilities and equipment to support the College in its delivery of best practice learning and teaching, and student wellbeing programs with optimised academic, cocurricular, social, emotional and spiritual outcomes for young people. </p><p>The College is experiencing significant enrolment growth and has expanded to include the provision of Years 11 and 12. In response to this, the College is embarking on a significant building program, both new build and refurbishment. The Property Services Manager will play a critical in project managing this important program of works. </p><p>The Property Services Manager is responsible to the Principal and Business Manager. The role assumes a high level of managerial expertise, including a significant level of leadership. The Property Services Manager is expected to work autonomously and exercise judgement and discretion in dealing with a range of complex tasks and situations. </p><p><br /></p><p> </p>
