The school strives for excellence through a holistic education approach that provides engaging and challenging academic, religious, sporting and cultural opportunities.</p><p>Working collaboratively with the members of the School Leadership Team and informed by our Leadership Framework (Focussing Direction, Cultivating Collaborative Cultures, Deepening Learning, Securing Accountability and Being Christ Centred), the Principal is required to provide strategic and operational leadership in the following areas: Catholic Identity, Leadership, Teaching &amp; Learning, Pastoral Care &amp; Wellbeing, Community &amp; Culture and Finance, Facilities &amp; Resources. The Principal plays a critical role in supporting a diverse community of learners, maintaining strong relationships with local groups and community leaders and supporting students in their educational endeavours. </p><p>The Northern Territory offers an impressive outdoor lifestyle with access to scenic National Parks offering abundant wildlife and adventures walks. It also offers significant links to indigenous culture and art and traditions with strong connections to remote communities including Bathurst Island. </p><p>This position will involve working with children.
