font-size: 12pt">Employing a variety of effective teaching strategies to successfully implement the Mathematics curriculum;</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Working collaboratively in the Mathematics team to develop an engaging and challenging curriculum with clear learning outcomes, provision for differentiated learning, shared curriculum documentation and consistent assessment strategies.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Ensuring that classrooms are places where technology is seamlessly, yet actively, employed to assist in effective learning;</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
