<p dir="ltr">We are currently seeking a proficient Knowledge Officer to be&nbsp;accountable for supporting the design, construction and maintenance of the Enterprise Content Management System.You will be providing system administration, information support and ongoing management whilst ensuring compliance to privacy and CEDP policies.</p> <p dir="ltr">You will provide ongoing administration, guidance and training into Records Management, Business Classification and Electronic Document &amp; Records Management systems. In addition, you will undertake advanced queries when assisting business units with responding to FOI or subpoena request.</p> <p dir="ltr">This is a temporary full time position until the end of December 2019.</p> <p dir="ltr">The Knowledge Officer is accountable for;</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr">Supporting the effective design and construction of the knowledge management system</li> <li dir="ltr">Supporting the accuracy and security of data management from CEDP systems</li> <li dir="ltr">Maintaining the knowledge management system and supporting service areas in ensuring information, data and knowledge is up to date and accurate</li> <li dir="ltr">Reviewing and analysing operation of the knowledge management system to identify areas for improvement</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">Typical Experience and Qualifications:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area of study</li> <li>Appropriate demonstrated experience</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>The Organisation</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta provides quality learning and teaching in a faith-centred environment in its primary and secondary schools and for early learning and out of school hours care centres in western Sydney.
