<p>Emanuel School, a leading co-educational Jewish day school, provides a nurturing and inclusive environment for students from Pre-school to Year 12. Situated in Randwick on a heritage-listed campus, the school focuses on academic and educational excellence, individual potential and fostering a strong Jewish identity. The School Board seeks an outstanding Principal who is a dynamic, future-focused leader with strong values to lead Emanuel School into its next phase whilst honouring the core principles on which the school has been built. </p><p>The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: </p><ul><li>Capacity to lead a culture of learning that aspires to academic excellence. </li><li>Alignment with the school’s values and active support of the diverse Jewish culture. </li><li>Commitment to holistic development, and a positive and inclusive school culture that supports staff and student wellbeing. </li><li>The ability to articulate a clear and inspiring vision for the school’s future, along with a compelling strategic plan for achieving that vision. </li><li>Dedication to continuous professional growth and learning, including staying abreast of educational trends, research, and best practices, and ensuring the professional development of staff. </li><li>Leading change in a dynamic educational environment, demonstrating resilience, adaptability and consultative approach. </li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders including students, parents, faculty, staff, alumni, and the wider community. </li><li>Executive level leadership in all aspects of the school’s operations, including resourcing and people management, financial management, marketing, fundraising, communications, risk/compliance and governance. </li></ul><p>Emanuel School has zero tolerance for child abuse and is committed to providing a child safe environment where children and young people are safe and feel safe, as outlined in the Child Protection Policy.</p><p>Hutton Consulting Australia is partnering with Emanuel School in the search and selection process for this position.
