<p>We are seeking a Business Analyst to be accountable for understanding, documenting and improving business processes within the Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta.</p> <p>The Business Analyst is accountable for:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Facilitating workshops and actively engage with end user stakeholders and vendors to ensure solutions meet requirements.</li> <li>Complying with CEDP project guidelines, identify, analyse, interpret and document business functional and non-functional requirements. &nbsp;</li> <li>Documenting existing and inform new business and technology processes using applicable software and notation techniques.</li> <li>Contributing to the development of project and test plans to validate future state including overall efficiency, functionality and user friendliness.</li> <li>Assisting with configuration documentation for project developers as well as end user documentation such as standard operating procedures and training guides.</li> <li>Other project activity as designated by project or service area leadership.</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications/experience for the position are:</p> <ul> <li>Significant experience as a Business/Process Analyst with strong business process background.</li> <li>In-depth analysis, Business Process Mapping Notation modelling and documentation of key records management and business processes.</li> <li>IT project experience with a focus on extracting and managing metadata from records.</li> <li>Working with Children Check required.</li> <li>TechnologyOne ECM experience/working knowledge (preferred but not essential).</li> <li>Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area of study.</li> </ul> <p>The Organisation</p> <p>Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta provides quality learning and teaching in a faith-centred environment in its primary and secondary schools and for early learning and out of school hours care centres in western Sydney.
