As a Cloud Services Manager, you will play a key role in optimising the performance and improving the security of over 25,000 users across 65 sites by collaborating with internal tech teams, business partners, and vendors. About the Role The Cloud Services Manager plays a pivotal role in managing, deploying, and maintaining our critical Azure and Microsoft 365 (M365) environments at enterprise scale. Servicing over 25,000 users across 65 sites your responsibilities will include ensuring optimal performance, resilience, security, and user experience across these platforms. This position involves collaborating with internal technology teams, business partners, and vendors. <div> Benefits  </div> <ul> <li style="text-align: left">A positive and collaborative workplace culture</li> <li> <div> <div>Attractive remuneration package with access to salary packaging</div> </div> </li> <li style="text-align: left">24 weeks of paid parental leave (maternity/adoption) </li> <li style="text-align: left">Up to 14 weeks of paid parental leave (paternity/non-initial primary carer leave) </li> <li style="text-align: left">Support for professional development and study opportunities </li> </ul> Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Work closely with IT management, IT engineering, and vendor operations teams.</li> <li>Guide activities in all phases of the implementation and support process.</li> <li>Ensure proper development of requirements, technical specifications, and documentation.</li> <li>Adhere to change/release management processes and guidelines.</li> <li>Track progress and escalate issues as needed.</li> <li>Assume responsibility for resolving risks or challenges impacting delivery timelines.</li> <li>Ensure that backups continue to be created, monitored, regularly tested, and managed appropriately.</li> <li>Ensure that incidents, outages, and other issues are resolved in a timely and managed fashion collaborating with teams and stakeholders,</li> <li>Ensure the Change Management process is followed, and the requirements of the Project Lifecycle are fulfilled.</li> </ul> Essential Criteria <ul> <li>Significant experience working in a medium to large enterprise delivering ICT architecture and management services in the Azure and M365 areas.</li> <li>5+ years of experience managing a cross-functional Azure and M365 team in a highly complex enterprise-scale environment.</li> <li>Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.</li> <li>A proven track record of performing architecture reviews and implementing the outcomes.</li> <li>Experience deploying and managing Sentinel and Intune.</li> <li>Experience deploying AI-based applications and platforms including CoPilot and Azure OpenAI.</li> </ul> Please refer to the position description for in-depth details regarding the position duties, criteria, and skill set required.
