<p>Established in 1895, Immanuel College is a school of the Lutheran Church of Australia with a rich history of providing a comprehensive education to day and boarding students from Year 7 to Year 12. </p><p>Immanuel College holds a unique position as a progressive school with a strong reputation for developing well-rounded students who are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed in their future endeavours. At Immanuel’s heart is a strong sense of service, leadership and innovation, enhanced by a well-established Aboriginal education program, a new Discovery Centre with entrepreneurship hub, and multiple pathways of learning for students to explore. </p><p>Due to an unforeseen change in the health and wellbeing of the appointee who was to commence at the start of 2024, the Immanuel College Council invites applications from dynamic educational leaders with a proven record of values led leadership, and a commitment to empowering student voice in a school where students actively co-create their learning environments and learning journeys. The Council seeks an educational leader who has the capacity to drive vision, execute the strategic development of the College and deliver strong academic, co-curricular, wellbeing and sustainable learning outcomes. The successful candidate will be a leader of people, able to translate ideas and concepts into action and engage others proactively in change and continuous improvement.
