<p>We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced <b>Property and Facilities Manager </b>to join our College. </p><p> </p><p>Commencing 13 May 2024, or by negotiation, this is an ongoing full-time position.<br /></p><p><br /></p><p><b>The full terms and conditions as a School Services Officer are in accordance with the CEMEA (2022). SSO: Category A, Level 4. </b></p><p>The successful applicant will be expected to support and uphold the Strategic Direction of the College. They will be supported by the leadership structures within the College, as well as an effective Professional Learning program. </p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>Special Requirements: </b></p><p>- At least five years’ experience in trades / manufacturing environment</p><p>- Current certification in Electrical Testing and Tagging, Working at Heights, Working in Confined Spaces, Scaffolding, Operation of scissor lifts and boom lifts will be an advantage.</p><p>- Working knowledge and application of legislative requirements relating to OHS, building code and regulations and essential safety measures</p><p>- Manual Handling procedures knowledge and experience</p><p>- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Excel workbook</p><p>- Be a suitable person to engage in child-connected work</p><p>- Physically fit (lifting and manual labouring are required)</p><p>- Demonstrate professional behaviour and courtesy.</p><p>- Current Driver’s Licence</p><p><br /></p><p>For all details, please visit the Employment section on the College website at <a href="https://avemaria.vic.edu.au/about-us/employment" rel="nofollow"><b>https://avemaria.vic.edu.au/about-us/employment.</b></a><b></b></p><p>Applications are to be submitted electronically, via the Employment section of the College website.
