Reporting to the Deputy Principal Staff, you&#39;ll lead strategic and operational Human Resource processes aimed at supporting the growth of every individual. Your mission? Join us in creating an environment where everyone can reach their full potential!</p><p><b>Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities:</b></p><ul><li>Proactively support the college leadership team for people success.</li><li>Provide accurate HR advice to managers, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies.</li><li>Assist HR Administration Assistant with processes like performance reviews and teacher placements.</li><li>Actively manage and resolve staff issues, including performance management and grievances.</li><li>Oversee HR lifecycle processes from recruitment to exit.</li><li>Identify and execute workforce planning needs.</li><li>Manage talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.</li><li>Lead and mentor HR Administration Assistant to strengthen HR service delivery.</li></ul><p>For a more detailed list of responsibilities, please refer to the attached job description.</p><p><b>Key Capabilities and Competencies:</b></p><ul><li>Strong understanding of CEMEA 2022 employee and industrial relations frameworks.</li><li>Proficiency in human resources management framework and contemporary HR practices.</li><li>Ability to interpret and apply award entitlements, contractual terms, and related legislation accurately.</li><li>Skills in grievance and issues resolution, including effective investigations management.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Capacity to build and maintain positive professional relationships.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management abilities.</li><li>Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.</li></ul><p><b>Applications close 9am Monday, 22nd April 2024.</b></p><p>For more information about Kolbe Catholic College, please visit our website at www.kolbecc.catholic.edu.au.</p><p>Kolbe Catholic College is committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
