Then this is the job for you!</i></b></p><p><i>Victory Lutheran College in Wodonga, Victoria are searching for an enthusiastic, energetic and passionate Secondary Teacher to join our College community. </i></p><p><i>Specifically, we welcome applications from suitably qualified and experienced Secondary teachers who can teach Mathematics and/or Science and perform the following duties: </i></p><p><b><i><br /></i></b></p><ul><li><i>Understand how students learn, and recognise the physical, social and intellectual development and characteristics of students. </i></li><li><i>Differentiate teaching to meet the specific learning needs of students across the full range of abilities. </i></li><li><i>Develop, select and organise content and teaching strategies of your specified teaching area. </i></li><li><i>Plan structure and prepare curriculum, assessment and reporting for your learning programs. </i></li><li><i>Create and maintain a supportive &amp; safe learning environment for your classroom. </i></li><li><i>Support student participation and manage classroom activities and behaviours. </i></li><li><i>Assess, provide feedback and report on student learning, using data and professional judgement. </i></li><li><i>Keep up to date with professional development that will improve student learning. </i></li><li><i>Other reasonable duties as required </i></li></ul><p><i>As a teacher at Victory, you will engage and contribute to our diverse Victory community on a daily basis.
