Embracing a small school atmosphere, our campus caters to 66 students from Years 3 to 12. </p><h4>The Position </h4><p>We have an opportunity for a <b>Learning Support <u>Teacher</u></b> to join our amazing Toowoomba team on a full-time, permanent basis. </p><p>This position will be responsible for running interventions for students, planning programs for the students with need, writing Individual Education Plans, providing program support to teaching staff, across our primary and secondary faculties. </p><h4>About You: </h4><p>All applicants will need an excellent understanding of the Australian Curriculum and Syllabus, be a <b>QLD registered teacher</b>, and have relevant teaching and tertiary qualifications. </p><p>As a learning support teacher, you will be skilled in the ability to identify and evaluate student needs, differentiate instruction for students along all parts of the learning spectrum, collect, analyse, and effectively utilise data, create and implement individualised education plans and be able to provide professional guidance to staff. Experience working with students with ASD is essential.
