<p>Kildare Catholic College is a catholic secondary college teaching students from year 7 to 12, we also have a diverse boarding population at Mt Erin Boarding House, which offers an affordable boarding option for students who live outside the Wagga Wagga region.The core values of Kildare Catholic College are the promotion of respect for self, others and our environment, as well as the development of the whole person; spiritually, emotionally, physically, intellectually and socially. </p><p> </p><p>To find out more about Kildare Catholic College, click <a href="https://www.kildarecatholiccollege.com/" rel="nofollow">here.</a><br /></p><p><b>What we can offer:</b></p><ul><li>Permanent, Full-Time Position Commencing ASAP</li><li>Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm </li><li>Access to Salary Packaging (Maxxia is our Salary Packaging Provider) </li><li>Access to our Employee Assistance Program. </li><li>Discounted Bupa Health insurance! </li><li>Salary: Level 6: $99, 259 - $102, 060 per year - Unaveraged (works during school break)</li></ul><p><b>Your new role: </b></p><p>The Personal Assistant to the Principal has a dual responsibility; ensuring effective, timely and confidential administrative support is provided to the Principal, as well as acting as Office Manager, overseeing the day-to-day management of the Front Office support function who are the primary administrative and service providers to staff, students, school visitors and families, and external third parties. </p><p>The position description is attached.</p><p><b>Key Capabilities/Experience</b></p><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Registrations: </b></p><ul><li>Relevant level of education (e.g. Certificate, Diploma, or Traineeship) in a specific role discipline is preferred but not essential e.g. Office Management, Business Administration/Support, Events Management, Business Communications, or Commerce etc.) </li><li>Relevant industry accreditation and/or registrations per role discipline</li><li>Current Working with Children Check</li></ul><p><b>Knowledge &amp; Experience:</b></p><ul><li>Some experience in a similar position, ideally within an educational setting </li><li>Relevant, demonstrable level of industry and technical knowledge in role discipline </li><li>Previous experience within a school- operational or administrative-related setting (preferred but not essential)</li></ul><p><b>Skills &amp; Attributes: </b></p><ul><li>Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to liaise professionally with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including families. </li><li>Capacity to lead administration staff teams </li><li>Ability to critically analyse and interpret data (e.g., quotations and cost comparisons, use of online administrative systems- Compass, Phris) and synthesise practical recommendations or actionable objectives. </li><li>Highly organised individual with abilities in work allocation and prioritisation, in a busy service-oriented team environment </li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to take initiative with idea generation, problem resolution and process improvement </li><li>Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise conflicting time-bound priorities</li></ul><p><b>About Wagga Wagga: </b></p><p><b> </b></p><p>Imagine a city where you could enjoy a challenging and stimulating career, afford a beautiful house, live close to quality schools, experience a wealth of cultural and sporting entertainment - and have a daily commute of 10 minutes.</p><p>Welcome to Wagga Wagga.
