<p>The successful applicant will:</p><p> </p><p>• Teach the Visual Arts program according to the Victorian Curriculum </p><p>• Promote Visual Arts in the school and to the wider community, including a bi-annual Art Show<br /></p><p>• Promote contemporary and innovative practices with a particular focus in the area of Visual Arts </p><p>• Plan and implement a highly structured program in the Visual Arts </p><p>• Oversee the Visual Arts budget in accordance with school guidelines<br /></p><p>• Organise systematic assessment and reporting of student’s Visual Arts skill development</p><p>• Develop and maintain positive, caring relationships with students, staff and parents</p><p>• Require excellent interpersonal and communication skills</p><p>• Require a strong commitment to the Catholic Identity of the school </p><p>• Cater for a range of student needs through differentiation<br /></p><p>• Provide holistic, challenging and engaging learning experiences<br /></p><p> </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Requirements </b></p><p>• VIT registration  </p><p>• Complete the attached employment form</p><p>St Paul’s Bentleigh is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all the children in our care. </p><p>Please refer to our website for the Child Safety Policy</p>
