About the Role St Bede's Primary is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Office that will support the school in ensuring that the school's grounds, buildings, and equipment are well maintained, well presented, physically secure, compliant with all appropriate regulations and provide a safe environment for the school community.  <div> Benefits and Opportunities  </div> <ul> <li> A positive and collaborative workplace culture  </li> <li> 24 weeks of paid parental leave (maternity/adoption)  </li> <li> Up to 14 weeks of paid parental leave (paternity/non-initial primary carer leave)  </li> <li> Opportunities to transfer to other schools within the Archdiocese across ACT and NSW to support lifestyle choice </li> </ul> Essential Criteria <ul> <li>Effective communication skills.</li> <li>Must hold a relevant Working with Vulnerable People Registration </li> <li>First Aid qualification </li> <li>The ability to apply knowledge and skills to a range of tasks.</li> <li>Experience working within routines, methods, and procedures, with some discretion involved in the selection of equipment, work organisation, services and actions</li> <li>Able to complete a regular schedule of jobs and maintenance.</li> </ul> Please refer to the role description for an in-depth detail regarding the criteria and skill set required.
