We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to support the Director of Teaching and Learning. The successful candidate will be part of the Administration Team.

<p>EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT </p><p>Full Time or 0.8 FTE </p><p>Closing Date for Applications: Close of business 8th May 2024 </p><p>St Vincent&#39;s College is an independent day and boarding school offering a contemporary Catholic education for girls in Years 7-12, founded by the Sisters of Charity in 1858 now under the Stewardship of Mary Aikenhead. The College fosters the development of creative, discerning leaders and courageous women of action.</p><p>Key Responsibilities: </p><p>• Create and publish College documents and handbooks </p><p>• Administrative support to facilitate efficient operation of teaching and learning </p><p>• Manage parent communications in an appropriate and timely manner </p><p>• Undertake data entry and report management across a range of platforms </p><p>• Liaise with key stakeholders both internal and external to the College </p><p>• Calendar management </p><p>• Coordinate and organise events as through online systems and portals </p><p>Our Ideal Candidate has: </p><p>• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant </p><p>• A high level of administration competence </p><p>• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail </p><p>• Ability to prioritise competing demands and duties </p><p>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills </p><p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite </p><p>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team </p><p>• Well developed interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality </p><p>• Experience working in a school or educational setting is an advantage, but not essential </p><p>This is an onsite position, 4 or 5 days a week at the College. </p><p>To apply for the position please: </p><p>Please complete Application Form on the St Vincent’s website, Cover Letter, CV, transcripts of qualifications, WWCC number and contact details of 3 referees should be sent by email to : hr&#64;stvincents.nsw.edu.au </p><p>St Vincent’s College is an equal opportunity employer.
