The Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta is seeking an Administration Officer to support the business and clerical requirements of the school.

<p><b>Location: </b>St John XXIII Catholic College (Secondary),St John XXIII Catholic College (Primary)</p><p dir="ltr">St John XXIII Catholic College is seeking an Administration Officer to support the business and clerical requirements of the College.</p> <p dir="ltr">Ongoing Part-Time: 70hrs per fortnight Monday to Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm</p> <p dir="ltr">Duties will be varied but include:&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">Administration, Secretarial and clerical duties (including typing, word processing, data entry, maintaining computerised records, database information, Google applications; Reception duties and responding to enquiries from students, parents, employees and the general public.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">The successful applicant will have excellent oral and written communication skills and sound organisational and time management skills.
