They contribute to the wellbeing of staff, students and the wider community and offer opportunities for staff professional development which builds the capacity of staff to contribute to school-wide initiatives. Work in a collegiate way with the leadership team to develop whole school policies in a range of areas.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Support in the implementation and evaluation of high-quality teaching and learning initiatives based on effective assessment and data analysis.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Know and support all staff in developing their teaching capacity, through the use of effective assessment and data analysis.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Support a positive culture of challenge by identifying self as a learner, keeping abreast of best practice, and applying the necessary skills to implement and enact change both individually and collaboratively.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Work as a member of the Leadership Team to support a culture of inclusion and high expectations for all.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">A Coordinator in a Catholic school will help manage and lead innovation and change to ensure the school’s vision and strategic plan are put into action and that goals and intentions are realised.
