The Student Wellbeing Officer is accountable for the effective delivery of quality pastoral care and wellbeing support services that contribute to providing a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment and improving student engagement to enable enhanced learning outcomes. The Student Wellbeing Officer works as a member of the school’s Pastoral Care & Wellbeing Team.

<p>The Student Wellbeing Officer is accountable for the effective delivery of quality pastoral care and wellbeing support services that contribute to providing a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment and improving student engagement to enable enhanced learning outcomes. The Student Wellbeing Officer works as a member of the school’s Pastoral Care &amp; Wellbeing Team and will work under the general direction and supervision of the Principal. </p><p>Within the role the Student Wellbeing Officer supports the Catholic Identity and Evangelising Mission and works collaboratively with other staff and members of the school community to support students to achieve enhanced learning outcomes. </p><p>Period of Employment: Start date: 9th May 2024<br /></p><p>Tenure: Special Project:: Limited Tenure (2 Years)FTE 0.24 (9.12 hours per week), 40 weeks, Term Time Only</p><p>6-Month Probation Period </p><p>Location: Larmenier Catholic School, 38 Station Road St Leonards 7250. </p><p>Hours of Work: To be negotiated (across two days) </p><p>Employment Conditions: As per the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2018</p><p>Classification: Wellbeing Level 1 </p><p>Remuneration: Indicative Salary Range: $64,649 pro rata plus 11% superannuation</p><p>Please see the Application Package for full details.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
