This is a busy, fast-paced position in which you will have the responsibility to deliver a professional and positive company image, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. This is a <b>permanent, onsite, full-time</b> role based at our head office in Pennant Hills. </p><p><b>Key Responsibilities </b></p><ul><li>Present a positive &amp; professional company image as the first point of contact for all customers, colleagues, employees, vendors, suppliers &amp; other third party visitors </li><li>Display a cheerful disposition with strong interpersonal skills whilst meeting &amp; greeting visitors </li><li>Manage the CSBB reception phone intake efficiently, taking messages &amp; diverting calls to the appropriate department </li><li>Monitor, respond &amp; triage the CSBB inbox </li><li>Undertake the housekeeping duties of the kitchen &amp; coffee facilities, ensuring it&#39;s clean &amp; tidy on a daily basis </li><li>Ensure all meeting rooms are set up, tidy &amp; prepared </li><li>Perform bi-annual stock take &amp; order stationery </li><li>Coordinate the ordering of marketing &amp; promotional material as requested </li><li>Support the Director&#39;s Office with general administration duties </li><li>Coordinate the Room-Booking system as required </li></ul><p><b>Essential Criteria </b></p><ul><li>Supportive of the Catholic ethos &amp; values </li><li>3-5 years corporate reception experience </li><li>Customer focused mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills </li><li>Display a professional manner with a friendly approach </li><li>Pro-active attitude with solid problem-solving capability </li><li>Strong organisational &amp; multi-tasking ability </li><li>Has a keen eye for detail &amp; excellent verbal/written communication skills </li><li>Expert knowledge in the full Microsoft Suite, including Teams </li><li>Valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain </li><li>Cert III Business or equivalent (desirable) </li><li>Familiar with the Adobe Design Suite of products (desirable) </li></ul><p><b>Application Process </b></p><p>Applications should include: </p><ul><li>A cover letter of no more than one page, addressing why you are interested in the role and addressing each of the essential requirements listed above; and </li><li>A current resume </li></ul><p>Applications should be sent directly to Jennifer Tiglao – <a href="mailto:jennifer.tiglao&#64;dbb.catholic.edu.au" rel="nofollow">jennifer.tiglao&#64;dbb.catholic.edu.au</a> </p><p><b>Closing Date: 5pm, Thursday 2 May 2024 </b></p><p>Agencies, please note that unsolicited resumes will not be accepted for this position. </p><p><i>Catholic Schools Broken Bay promotes a culture of safety and care for children and young people.
