The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members of our school community, visitors and the general public both in person and over the phone. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a critical role in creating a positive and inclusive environment. This busy role also assists with a range of daily administration tasks. </p><p>Loreto Toorak main reception operates from 7:45am to 5pm. The reception team consists of a team of two. Hours of work for this vacancy are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. </p><p><b>About You </b></p><p>The ideal candidate will thrive on creating a positive first impression and enjoy working in a busy, collaborative and supportive environment. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with strong administration, personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
