An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our wonderful team at St Peter’s. The successful applicant will be joining a vibrant and collaborative Administration Team which includes the Principal, Deputy Principal, Administration Officer, Administrative Assistant and School Nurse. This position is an integral role in our school community.

<p><b>Key Selection Criteria - Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate the following:</b></p><p>1. Previous experience in finance, administration and/or customer service. Experience working in a school would be advantageous. </p><p>2. Well-developed organisational, planning and coordination skills including the ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple demands effectively and efficiently. </p><p>3. High proficiency in technical skills including;<br /></p><ul><li>Synergetic Software package.</li><li>Microsoft Office suite including: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>Email preparation and management.</li></ul><p>4. Excellent communication skills including: <br /></p><ul><li>The capacity to communicate effectively at all levels with MACS, teachers, principals, parish priests, school community and government departments. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team. </li><li>Excellent telephone manner. </li></ul><p>5. High attention to detail and the ability to multitask. </p><p>6. Demonstrated ability to maintain and protect confidentiality/privacy of information for all stakeholders. </p><p>7. Ensure integrity and transparency with the Principal and Deputy Principal is maintained at all times. </p><p>8. Discretion and capacity to work autonomously within set boundaries.</p><p>9. Strong interpersonal skills including empathy and cultural awareness.</p><p>10. A commitment to the ethos, values and mission of Catholic education.</p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b><u>Candidates must have:</u></b></p><p>1. Current Working with Children Check</p><p>2. Successful completion of National Criminal Police Record Check </p><p><br /></p>
