This is a permanent, part-time position. Days of work are Monday, Tuesday and Friday 7.6 hours per day (Non Negotiable), with the opportunity for additional days to cover leave.<br /></p><p> The successful applicant will actively support and understand the Catholic Ethos, the Church’s mission in Catholic education and demonstrate a commitment to their Catholic faith and possess skill and competencies in the following areas of administration: </p><p><b> </b></p><p><b>The successful applicant will have:</b></p><ul><li>Excellent interpersonal skills</li><li>Demonstrate strong communication skills and be able to deal sensitively with students, parents/carers and staff when required</li><li>Demonstrate skills and competencies in using programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite applications </li><li>Experience in the use of the Compass platform is an advantage </li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li><li>The ability to follow directions, prioritise and meet deadlines</li><li>Interpersonal skills in working with a range of personnel</li><li>First Aid Certification</li><li>Actively support the Catholic ethos of the College</li></ul><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Overall responsibility for &#34;Student Services&#34; including administering first aid</li></ul><p><b>Application Process</b></p><p>Please submit to the College Principal via the following email address<br /></p><p><b>cccmaroubra-employment&#64;syd.catholic.edu.au</b><br /></p><p>cover letter<br /></p><p>current resume<br /></p><p>three referees, including name and contact details (including your current Principal if applicable)<br /></p><p><br /></p><p><b>Please note applicants may be interviewed and appointed before the closing date.</b></p>
