The role is to provide assistance and support to the classroom teacher within a supportive team environment. </p><p> </p><p><br /></p><p><b>The successful applicant must:</b></p><ul><li>show a commitment to Catholic Education, a clear understanding of the vision and mission of Catholic Schools and a willingness to support the faith formation of students</li><li>have an understanding of the needs of the diverse needs of students who require individual and classroom support</li><li>be able to work collaboratively with teachers as a team member</li><li>have excellent communication skills</li><li>be organised, supportive and resourceful.</li><li>be able to work autonomously under the direction of a classroom teacher</li><li>show experience working with primary students</li><li>be flexible in their approach.</li></ul><p><b>You will have attained: </b></p><ul><li>a Certificate III or IV in Educational Support from TAFE NSW or equivalent post-secondary qualification. </li></ul><p><br /></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
