The Mission Partner role is founded on an inclusive and collaborative model of synodal leadership that values every voice, fostering interdependence and creating a culture of mutual accompaniment. More specifically you will:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Partner with System leaders and experts in related fields to provide formation and to implement System initiatives in the area of Mission and engage with Diocesan agencies and staff in shared Diocesan initiatives</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Designing and delivering professional learning and resources to build leader and teacher capacity in Mission in relation to:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: circle"> <p dir="ltr">Professional Learning -&nbsp; Scripture, Curriculum and Contemporary Pedagogy</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: circle"> <p dir="ltr">Formation - Academic, Spiritual and Faith in Action</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: circle"> <p dir="ltr">Leading - Religious Leadership Proposal, Leadership Programs, Work Teach and Lead</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Partnering with CEO staff in the co-designing and co-leading of formation opportunities for all CEO teams</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Collaborating with school communities in the development of formation opportunities for parents</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Providing clear communication to stakeholders ensuring clarity around Mission initiatives and resources across the schools and central office and communicating progress, success and challenges with Mission leadership</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Supporting Mission leaders in the coordination of Mission initiatives and operational activities as required</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About You</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the core purpose and values of CSPD along with:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">A strong commitment to the Catholic faith in practice and lifestyle, witness, and modelling</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Free from any impediment to full acceptance by the church, in practice, lifestyle, witness and modelling</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Substantial currency in religious education pedagogy and knowledge of religious education curriculum</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Postgraduate qualifications in Religious Education/Theology</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">An understanding of contemporary learning theory and practice, and an ability to ensure this is in evidence in the teaching within the school</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Commitment to team and building relationships</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional learning and formation</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">We believe that our employee community is a key strength of our organisation and we aim to attract the best talent to achieve our strategic goal of being leaders in quality, faith-based education, and an Employer of Choice in our sector.
