Both full-time and part-time arrangements will be considered.</p><p><b>Teaching Opportunities Available: </b></p><p><b>12 month Part-time Contract (0.6FTE)</b></p><ul><li>8 July 2024 – June 2025</li><li>Design and Digital Technologies Teacher </li><li>The ability to teach Food and Nutrition (Years 7-9) is highly desirable.</li></ul><p><b>Semester 2 Full-time Contract</b></p><ul><li>8 July – 27 November 2024 </li><li>English (Years 7-12) &amp; Christian Studies / Religion &amp; Ethics (Years 9-12) Teacher. </li><li>The ability to teach the General Subject of English in Years 11-12 is essential. </li></ul><p><b>Semester 2 Full-time Contract</b></p><ul><li>8 July – 27 November 2024 </li><li>Mathematics (Years 7-10), Science (Years 7-10) and Senior Biology (Years 11-12) Teacher.  </li></ul><p>You will be supported in this role by an experienced teaching team who instill in our students the values of learning, compassion, courage, service, excellence, and respect. </p><p>To be successful in this role, you will possess Queensland College of Teachers registration and have the ability to: </p><ul><li>Provide a positive and stimulating teaching and learning environment with a focus on evidence-based practice to improve student learning outcomes. </li><li>Implement recognised teaching strategies that cater for individual needs, develop students’ analytical skills and maintain a challenging and engaging learning environment. </li><li>Establish and maintain positive, effective working relationships with students, staff, parents and other community members. </li><li>Work independently to plan, coordinate resources, set priorities and achieve outcomes. </li></ul><p>Early career teachers are encouraged to apply.
