The Property Manager will maintain a high standard of presentation and functionality of our College, including buildings, grounds and landscaping to ensure a sustainable and safe learning environment for our community. </p><p>A College vehicle will be provided. </p><p>This is a full time fixed term position from 1 July to end of November 2024. </p><h4>About You </h4><p>To be successful you will have previous experience in master planning, capital works and refurbishment projects in addition to the capability to plan, prioritise and implement a program of preventative maintenance for our existing grounds and infrastructure. As a seasoned property manager, you will be able to source, manage and oversee a variety of contractors/tradespeople to ensure works are carried out with the highest possible consideration for the safety of our staff and students. </p><p>You must have a valid Working With Children Check and National Police Records Check.
